Welcome to LIDPD, a curated web resource on Levodopa-induced dyskinesia (LID) in Parkinson's disease (PD).

The core of our website is a collection of 20 LID associated genes, which our curators have extracted from 29 publications. The latest update was in March 2020, adding the result of the meta-analysis from König et al.. To allow for studying those genes in a larger context, we link them in integrated interaction networks, enriched with further information about the genes and their functions.

In addition to browsing the networks you can search for a particular gene of interest or upload your own dataset in order to explore connections to LID genes and processes or to identify common functional modules. A user-defined input example provind networks connecting LID to tardive dyskinesia is available here. We also provide all the underlying datasets of this website for download. If you have any questions please have a look at the documentation, if you would like to provide any feedback we would be happy to hear from you.
